A marshy bay is an ideal hunting ground for a blue heron. Perched on some old tree limbs, I could barely notice it as it stood still in the shade. This painting only uses a few colours to convey the manner that the heron blended into its surroundings.

Un marais est un endroit idéal pour qu'un héron pratique la chasse. Percher sur une vieille branche d'un arbre, je n'ai presque pas aperçu le héron qui était silencieusement dans l'ombre. Cette peinture utilise peu de couleurs afin de démontrer la façon dont le héron se mariait à son environnement.
