This is not the sketch I planned on making. I had set myself in a spot to draw some boats in the Hull Marina in Gatineau when a large tourist bus stopped right in front of me. I waited a while, but it wasn't going to move anytime soon. So I switched park benches and sketched this scene of Nepean's Point and the Alexandra Bridge over the Ottawa River. All in all, I was happy just to have something interesting to sketch.

Ceci n'est pas l'esquisse que je comptais faire. Je m'étais placé dans un endroit pour dessiner quelques bateaux dans la marina de Hull à Gatineau quand un grand autobus touristique a arrêté juste en face de moi. J'ai attendu un certain temps, mais il ne voulais pas bouger . Donc, j'ai changé de bancs de parcs et j'ai dessiné cette scène de Point Nepean et le pont Alexandra sur la rivière des Outaouais. Dans l'ensemble, j'étais content simplement d'avoir quelque chose d'intéressant d'esquisser.
